Dan Grosh is a successful operating partner and talent strategist, currently working at Diversis Capital. He is an accomplished leader, with years of experience enhancing businesses and executive teams. Before joining Diversis Capital, Dan was a partner and managing director at Calibre One, where he played a critical role in the company’s growth and success. He is also a former managing director and technology practice leader at Boyden Global Executive Search. Dan holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BA in Communications from the University of Minnesota. Along with his professional experience, Dan is also a senior advisor to Plum Acquisition Corporation I, a technology SPAC, and a drummer for the Bay Area band Midlife Crisis. In his free time, he enjoys golf, pickleball, tennis, and travel.
