Grant Lussier

Grant Lussier is an accomplished executive known for his extensive career in executive search and community building. He currently serves as the Executive Chairman and Co-founder of Networked, a role he has held since its inception in 2019. Before founding Networked, Lussier co-founded the Game Change Agency (GCA), which focuses on networking for senior executives, in 2015. His career in executive search began at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was instrumental in opening the firm's first office in Latin America. He later worked as a Managing Partner at Celera Search and held a leadership position at Spencer Stuart, contributing significantly to the firm's growth in Latin America.134

Lussier's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University, where he studied Economics, History, and International Relations.1 His expertise spans over two decades in leadership development and executive recruitment, making him a prominent figure in the networking space.
