Emma Thomas is a seasoned HR professional, with a proven track record of finding, mobilizing, and retaining the best talent. Currently, she serves as a People Partner for Google Cloud's North America Cloud Sales business, headquartered in the East and Central regions. Emma is also a former People Partner for the Google Marketing Platforms business, where she spent six months in a rotation assignment. Emma's passion lies in creating a world-class Cloud organization and a productive workforce.

Emma brings with her vast experience in global recruitment, covering technical and non-technical vacancies, having led recruitment teams for businesses across Google Cloud. Her recruitment and managerial roles at Michael Page International spanned the executive and middle management hires within various industries such as Media, Technology, Retail, and Consumer. Emma also worked as an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, redesigning and leading successful executive search, leadership development, talent mapping projects across Financial Services, Payments, Technology, and other Commercial companies.

Emma studied at Universidad de Sevilla, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Hispanic Studies Minor from Boston College.
