Lucas Vázquez is an insurance strategic advisor for private equity funds, infrastructure funds, and corporates across Spain and Portugal. He works with Aon's global network to provide insurance and human capital risk management solutions for infrastructure acquisitions, advising clients on how to protect themselves against potential losses, place a sensible bid, and manage their domestic and international insurance and human capital risk management needs. Lucas has an Executive MBA degree from IESE Business School at the University of Navarra and studied Private Equity and M&A at IEB. He also has a marketing and finance specialization degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, respectively. Additionally, Lucas studied at Colegio Retamar and Downside School. Lucas started his career at Marsh as a Trade Credit Insurance Broker and later moved to Aon, where he held various positions such as Trade Credit Insurance Broker, Project Manager M&A Insurance, Project Finance & Transaction Liability Insurance Director Spain, Head of M&A and Transaction Solutions Spain, and lastly, Head of M&A and Transaction Solutions Iberia, his current role.
