Stephanie Hinton-James is a highly experienced executive and director level development, diversity, and engagement leader with over 20 years of professional consultancy work. She has expertise in defining, designing, and implementing organization-wide cultural change initiatives, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, workforce capability, engagement, and experience. She has worked with Global consumer and B2B brands across various industries, including retail, media, telecoms, software, finance, estate management, transport, pharmaceuticals, aviation, oil, shipping, social networks, and e-commerce.

Stephanie is a confident and articulate facilitator with expertise in collaborating with unions and peers to build cross-cultural and departmental relationships for defining cultural capability and engagement objectives that underpin strategic goals. She is responsible for in excess of £2 million pounds of Opex-Capex-Apprenticeship levy budgets and outsourcing solutions and supplier/vendor selection.

Stephanie holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Executive Education, Hult International Business School, and studied Organizational and Social Psychology at the OU BSc (Honours) level. Also, she has a Diploma Undergrad Level 4/5 Extended Diploma in Management from OU.

Throughout her career, Stephanie held senior leadership positions in several global organizations, including Endava, Guardian News & Media, Three Mobile, and Haymarket Media Group. In her previous roles, she oversaw large multi-disciplined talent teams and the people offering within the talent landscape and developed a personal portfolio of over 100 initiatives/solutions spanning executives, leadership, management, coaching, and development, as well as talent attraction, management, and mapping.

Stephanie is a strategic and seasoned internationally experienced people leader who can drive and transform organizational perception and delivery of large and complex talent teams across VUCA environments in global organizations. Her expertise in creating connected, blended, and digital learning solutions has enabled her to consistently engage and develop employees and drive business performance.
