Ivo Novotny is an experienced human resources consultant, coach, and mindfulness teacher. With a strong business background from multinational corporations, Novotny uses his expertise to guide people, teams, and organizations on their path to becoming well-rounded and accomplished. He studied Business Administration, Psychology, and Sociology at the Prague University of Economics and Business and later earned an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management from Sheffield Hallam University. He also completed the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Training at Bangor University.

Novotny has held various senior leadership positions in his career, including HR Director CEE at Arriva Group and Vice President HR Learning and Development at T-Mobile Czech Republic. He has also served as Senior Manager of People Advisory Services at EY. His other previous roles include HR Director at SITRONICS Telecom Solutions and Member of HR Development Team at T-Mobile Czech Republic.

Novotny studied for his Executive MBA at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He is open to discuss current and future projects, challenges, and wishes.
