Nipun has worked as a Business Head for Food and FMCG in the East Region at udaan.com and, formerly, as the Business Head for FMCG in the North Region at udaan.com, where he landed complex multi-functional business teams, including Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, Marketing, and HR. He was also the Zonal Business Head for Delhi, UP, and Rajasthan at METRO Cash & Carry India Private Limited and served Godrej Consumer Products Limited in various roles, including Zonal Sales Manager for Tamil Nadu, Zonal Sales Manager for Punjab, Haryana, JKHP, and General Manager-Sales Development & Trade Manager-NORTH.

Nipun Bhandari is a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Panjab University and also holds a PGDBM, MBA-Marketing & Operations from IMT Ghaziabad.
