A.) Sales Operations:
- Spearheaded the inception of Sales Operations from ground zero, establishing pivotal processes, charters, and specialized PODs. This included the formation of Central Sales Ops, Category Sales Ops, Central Sales Intelligence POD, and dedicated teams for Issue Resolution & Technical Troubleshooting.

- Took charge of comprehensive Sales Analytics initiatives, enhancing strategic decision-making through deep insights and predictive models.

Power BI and Tableau Dashboard Designing and giving insights for improvement for Enhance (Dubai-Based) :
- Received monthly ERP data from the client, combined the data to create a single dataset maintaining data consistency and created a Tableau Dashboard for Customer Forecast Report
- Suggested improvements in the Sales Forecast Channel by giving insights using Power BI Dashboard.

Analyzing and improving SEO ranking for HDFC Ergo :
- Performed extensive keyword research for different domains (like general insurance, car insurance etc.) for blogs and website and also analyzed the SEO ranking of competitors like Bharati Axa, ICICI Lombard etc.

Credenc (In House Requirements) :
- Extracted data (like ROI, Loan Limit, Security etc) from different banks’ websites and eventually used it to create a bank page, Loan Flow and EMI calculator by assembling the extracted data.
- Analyzed the Google Analytics report for Credenc, accordingly improved the website and further used it for the planning of communication modeling for the customers through emailers.

We were responsible for organizing some cultural events in the college and further we worked hard on our social aspect like organizing Blood Donation Camps, Social visits to orphanages, Cheshire home, etc .
