Howie Hecht is an MIT/Sloan educated entrepreneurial start-up executive, advisor, and angel investor with over 30 years of experience in product management, business development, marketing, and consulting.

He has successfully launched new businesses, improved existing ones, and has experience across various domains such as digital marketing, mobile, consumer, social, app, web, security, storage, and networking fields.

Howie has expertise in leading and managing teams of all sizes, utilizing development methodologies like SDLC, Agile, and Lean.

He has a track record of achieving multiple exits through acquisition and IPOs, including companies like Altiris, Symantec, IMLogic, Sockeye Networks, and Akamai Technologies.

His specialties include high tech software & services product management & marketing, digital marketing, Facebook advertising, system security audit & compliance, and configuration assurance.

Howie has been involved in various organizations such as LOOKOUT, Phytosmart, Appanite, Inc., OpenMobile World Wide, Inc., PocketRoster, and many others, holding positions from COO to Founder to VP of Product Management.

His educational background includes studying Management Information Technology, Computer Science, and Psychology at MIT, along with high school education at Tappan Zee High School.
