Business Marketing Director, Digital Marketing & Ecommerce (D2C)

•	Recruited and built the D2C sales and marketing team based in the office in Copenhagen and Budapest, responsible for global online revenue (own platforms & marketplaces) and nps.
•	D2C P&L responsibility of all www.veluxshop.xxx, www.roofblinds.xxx, www.theroofwindowstore.xxx websites and marketplaces (mainly Amazon, eBay, Allegro).
•	Implemented a test and learn mentality and worked agile on continuous optimisations.

VELUX

Head of Online Sales and Marketing (VELUX/Altaterra)

•	Responsible for the global digital strategy for ColArt and its brands, covering B2C owned, earned and paid media channels, as well as the online B2B channel. 
•	P&L responsible for 4 transactional websites www.winsornewton.com, www.snazaroo.com, www.letraset.com & www.liquitex.com.
•	Built a B2C team of 8 (ecommerce, content, social media, email &e CRM, SEO & PPC).
•	Global Account Director Amazon - responsible for the strategy, led local teams and delivered YOY sales growth of over +100% (US/UK/FR/DE/SP/IT).
•	Supporting local markets with all digital activities, such as paid search, email & social media.
•	Supporting local markets with digital partner activities, such as with Tmall and Bol.com.

•	Responsible for the global consumer acquisition strategy for owned, earned and paid media channels.
•	Managed a team of 3 FTE (social media, eCRM, SEO & PPC) and aligned local marketing resources.
•	Achieved +20% traffic growth on www.winsornewton.com, +10% traffic growth on www.snazaroo.com and +15% traffic growth on www.liquitex.com.
•	Consolidated consumer data from various sources and delivered a eCRM tool offering a global Single Customer View, together with the strategy and plan for the marketing automation.
•	Increased the Instagram following from 6k to 40k through an ambassador led campaign. 
•	Global Account Director Amazon, delivered strategy and led local teams.

Head of Acquisition (Traffic) & Amazon

•	Led ColArt’s Digital Transformation.
•	Responsible for the creation and recruitment of the D2C & B2C eCommerce division
•	Successfully built and re-launched the Winsor & Newton website (UK, NA, FR, AU, ROW) including ecommerce and delivered the multi-channel strategy, commercial calendar, sales forecasting, ecommerce operations and customer services set up.
•	P&L responsible for 2 transactional websites www.winsornewton.com (achieving +150% sales growth MOM since the re-launch of the website) and www.snazaroo.com (achieving +25% YOY sales growth). 
•	Global Account Director Amazon - delivered strategy, led local teams and tripled the YOY sales growth from 2013 to 2014 in the UK, FR & USA.

•	As right hand of the Chief Commercial Officer, focused on global on- and offline sales & marketing projects. 
•	Set-up the Global Trade Marketing Team
•	Worked very closely with our largest global customers, the local marketing and sales teams as well as the global brand team
•	Created ColArt’s global on- and offline NPD launch strategy. Responsible for ColArt’s most successful product launch during my time there, ensuring best in class execution. The Liquitex Spray Paint category achieved £1.8m sales in Y1 (+20% over target).
•	Global Account Manager Amazon (1P) – negotiated and set-up the contract with Amazon and led the direct sales of all 7 brands in UK, FR & USA.

Global Commercial Projects Manager

•	Responsible for the development, sell-in, implementation and analyses of Joint Customer Plans to support achievement of channel sales budget with main customers Amazon, Apple, Tesco, Argos, John Lewis, Play.com and Wex.
•	Developed, project managed and analysed local marketing strategy and plans for PIXMA Printers (until Jul ‘09) & for the Digital Still Compact Cameras, Canon’s largest product group (until Sep ’10). 
•	Key achievements; senior member of the TM team, led the development of Canon’s online customers and digital trade marketing execution, managed the DSC ‘10 marketing plan and £1.5mln budget and exceeded sales targets (channel sales growth of 40% in ‘09 - DSC sales growth in ‘10 of 10%).

•	Responsible for Trade Marketing in Ireland with main customers Harvey Norman, Cantec, DSG, Tesco and our distributor ISA. 
•	Trade Marketing assistant for Retail UK with main customers Halfords, Comet, Tesco and the distributors Widget and Midwich.
•	Key achievements; successfully re-launched TomTom in RoI and project managed the implementation of the Shop in Shop scheme in the UK.
