He has served as a director, VP, and CLO-level leader for global technology leaders including Google, Microsoft, Accenture, Oracle and Red Hat. He is an internationally recognized thought leader and speaker on state-of-the-art learning approaches and practical, agile learning design.
Ramos obtained his education from the prestigious University of Cambridge, UK, and the esteemed University of California, Berkeley. He has a strong background in Film Theory, which has helped him bring a unique perspective to the world of learning and development.
Most recently, Ramos served as Head of Global Learning Strategy & Learning Innovation at Novartis. Prior to that, he was an industry thought leader at advising and keynote presenter, and before that, Head of Global Training, Google Consumer Operations at Google.
