Shweta Sonawane

Shweta Sonawane is a highly qualified Industrial & Organizational psychologist with extensive experience in psychometric assessment, talent management, project management & training. She holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Jain University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology, Economics and Sociology from M.E.S College of Arts, Commerce and Science.

Shweta has developed and conducted psychometric assessments for occupational selection and training purposes in various organizations. Additionally, she has worked in Human Resources, with a focus on handling the recruitment process and providing complete recruitment solutions.

Her career highlights include working as a Recruiter at SmartNews, Inc., a Consultant at Wahl and Case, an R&D Consultant/Translation Project Manager at Central Test, and a Recruitment & Training Consultant/R&D at Central Test. She has also completed an internship in Organisational Development Consulting.
