He has expertise in collaborating with key stakeholders, such as nurse and case managers, patient flow departments, and hospital executives, to design and implement effective solutions. With a Masters of Science in Education Research from Vanderbilt University, James has a strong background in analyzing student learning within physics-based computer games to establish descriptive categories that can be generalized to support modern learning practices.

James holds a dual degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick: a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, and a B.A. in Psychology, both of which contribute to his impressive knowledge of the healthcare industry.
