Meet Dr. Nayla Bahri, a highly-accomplished and experienced learning and leadership development coach, consultant, and facilitator. She holds a doctorate in adult learning and leadership from Columbia University, an MS Ed in post-secondary and adult education from the University of Pennsylvania, an AB in English literature and French studies from Smith College, and has studied at the Université Paris-Sorbonne. Nayla's extensive background includes previously working as a leadership coach and lecturer at Columbia Business School, an adjunct professor at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, and a senior faculty and executive coach at The Institute for Personal Leadership. She is the principal owner of Nayla Bahri Learning and Leadership Development, where she collaborates with company leaders to build teams, programs, and experiences that drive results, engagement, and learning.
