Julie Thompson is a highly-skilled compensation expert with ample experience in developing, implementing, and administering compensation policies that align with business objectives. With a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Elon University, Julie has a keen ability to draw accurate conclusions from raw data and interface with employees at all levels.

Julie began her professional career as an HR Assistant/Receptionist at Option One Mortgage before moving on to various roles such as Client Consultant at ATS, Recruiter at technisource, and Senior Corporate Recruiter at FIS. She then switched her focus to compensation, working as a Compensation Analyst at FIS, and then taking on roles as Compensation Manager at One Call Care Management and Fanatics, Inc. She is currently the Director of Compensation Benefits at Fanatics, Inc.

In her roles as a compensation analyst and manager, Julie has developed expertise in base salary, short and long-term incentives, reward and recognition programs, benchmarking and survey analysis, position evaluation, and pricing. Her ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and prioritize tasks with flexibility, make her an asset to any organization.
