Before working at United Surgical Partners International, Inc as an Administrator, Phillip Ramsey held several prominent positions. He worked as an Operations Manager at Railcrew Xpress, LLC and as the Director of Operations at Stinson Financial Group before owning and managing his own company, PlusFunding.com, Inc. Phillip Ramsey even worked for the United States Marine Corps at the Camp Pendleton facility.

As a Surgery Center Administrator, Mr. Ramsey was responsible for the daily operation of the ambulatory surgery center in conjunction with the Medical Director. His work included constructing and implementing policies and procedures, developing personnel policies, coordinating activities within the center, and ensuring that the ASC met high standards. He also worked to maintain the center's compliance with governmental and regulatory bodies, quality standards, and accreditation agencies.
