Dave McFawn is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry with a track record of success in delivering large-scale strategic solutions, enterprise implementations, and information technology deliverables. He has also served as a Regional Director of Compliance and Life Insurance at Lincoln Financial Advisors and as a Financial Advisor and Assistant Director of Financial Planning at the same organization.

Dave is a skilled CRM program manager with experience in managing CRM conversions for financial services firms such as Salesforce and Redtail. He is also adept at mentoring individuals and teams, helping them take on new roles and responsibilities.
