Branch Manager for the southeastern Technician - Supervision Division consisting of three Candidate Recruiters, six Account Representatives & one Associate Account Representative. The Branch Manager / Regional Operations Manager position was a multi functional role, which also included duties as a Conference Coordinator, Job Order Manager and Recruiter.
•	Branch achieved over 110% of yearly sales goal for 2013 finishing just over 2.1 million dollars in sales. Only one of three branches that achieved this goal out of the eight branches in the company.
 •	Sales Branch of the Year in 2009 (#1 out of 8 branches)
•	Served in the primary capacity as Conference Coordinator responsible for planning and facilitating monthly regional hiring events with as many as 50+ employers and more than 100 candidates in attendance. 
•	Conducted over 12 Hiring Conferences a year while consistently achieving a 60% plus positive interview hit rate at all events. 
•	Successfully managed 50 plus Job Orders between hiring events resulting in over 1 million dollars in sales in 2013.
