Andy Magson

Andy Magson is currently serving as the Operations Manager at cgraphics, a bespoke construction signage company. Previously, he worked as an Independent consultant, offering specialized support and professional advice to the hospitality and food industry, including Non-Executive Director roles, focusing on improving profitability, efficiency, and reputation.

With over 40 years of experience in the food hospitality industry, Andy has held various roles ranging from group executive chef positions to operational regional manager roles, working in independent restaurant groups as well as large PLC's.

His expertise includes new site roll-outs, conducting business reviews, implementing cost reductions, ensuring food safety compliance, developing menus and recipes, managing procurement and supply chain, providing training, optimizing kitchen design for efficiency, and offering general troubleshooting and advisory services to the industry.

Andy Magson's educational background includes studying Hotel and Catering Industry at Westminster College Hotel School and attending Lady Lumleys Grammar School.
