    Daniel Lachs is an esteemed chef and veteran of the New York City dining scene with 15 years of experience.

    He is the President and Founder of DML Hospitality Group, a boutique hospitality consulting firm specializing in restaurant and food service operations.

    Starting in a small family restaurant in New Jersey, Lachs refined his culinary skills abroad and later studied at Cornell University's School of Hospitality Management.

    In 2018, he founded SARDAN REALTY LLC, a boutique residential management company in Northern New Jersey, after serving as the Culinary Director for Whole Foods Market in the Northeast region.

    His experience includes developing food programs for various establishments like Tortaria in Union Square, New York City, Pump Energy Food (now Dig Inn Seasonal Market), and managing operations at Rosa Mexicano, Houston's (now Hillstone), Tabla, and Blue Smoke.

    Chef Danny Lachs also appeared on The Food Network's Chopped in 2013.

    He holds a culinary arts degree from Jerusalem Culinary Institute, studied Judaic Studies at Ner Jake, and earned a BS in Hospitality Management from Cornell University.

    Lachs has been affiliated with organizations such as Mountain Ave Manor, SARDAN REALTY LLC, and various renowned restaurants in different capacities.
