    Venturing into entrepreneurship, Alexander co-founded a startup called Orderve, where he served as Head of Vendor Management for an online specialty marketplace catering to chefs.

    His career took him to Florence, Italy, where he assumed the role of COO at Ditta Artigianale, an artisanal specialty coffee company.
