Rich Penner is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in the Experiential Marketing industry. He has a degree in Marketing from Colorado State University and has studied Criminal Justice & Political Science at Hamline University. Rich has served in various positions, including Field Activation, Account Management, and Executive Leadership levels. He possesses the expertise to be resourceful, efficient, and an on-the-spot decision maker, making him a competent leader in any given situation. Rich stands out due to his endless reservoir of energy, which he utilizes to develop teams, manage resources, and motivate personnel in a fast-paced and unfamiliar environment.

He has worked in different organizations, including xfctr, where he serves as the Vice President & Executive Producer, RP Event Productions LLC, retailcomm, BI WORLDWIDE, FUSION Marketing, CPC Intersect, and City of Saint Paul, among others. Additionally, Rich has various specializations, including public speaking, operational development, financial planning, management training, and client relations.

Besides his professional background, Rich has diverse interests, which helps him maintain a composed state of mind in different settings. He enjoys boating with friends, scuba diving, and firearm shooting. Such hobbies teach him to have a plan B, accurately assess and make calculated risks at all times. Furthermore, he dreams of becoming the lead singer in a band, and he practices his passion diligently, singing in his truck with the help of a local country music station.
