Harry Lim is an accomplished performance consultant with a vast and impressive background in sports science, psychology, and mindfulness practices. He has extensive experience in developing and optimizing talent, having worked with athletes at all levels, including Olympic medalists, in various major regional and international competitions. Harry's expertise is centered on the holistic psychological development of athletes from both a sporting and non-sporting perspective, emphasizing the importance of positive mental health and well-being for sustained high performance.
Harry received a BSc with first-class honours in Sports Science (Psychology) from Liverpool John Moores University, a PhD in Sport and Exercise Sciences (Sport Psychology) from Brunel University, and a Master's degree in Psychology with merit from the University of Roehampton. Over the years, he has held various positions in renowned organizations such as the National Youth Sports Institute and the National University of Singapore, among others.
