Career Highlights
Andrew's coaching career began in the high-performance sports world, where he worked with elite athletes, including Olympic and World Champions, for about two decades.1 He later transitioned to coaching other coaches and advising talent development experts across various Olympic sports.
In 2016, Andrew expanded his coaching practice beyond sports after attending a performance conference in New York City. This experience led him to realize that his skills in helping athletes could be applied to people from all backgrounds who have ambitious goals and a desire to reach their full potential.1

Current Focus
As of 2024, Andrew is participating in the 2023-24 Clipper Round the World Race, fulfilling a lifelong dream of sailing around the world.2 This 11-month race covers over 42,000 miles and touches six continents, demonstrating Andrew's commitment to personal growth and adventure.
Andrew is also passionate about social issues, particularly those related to youth and Indigenous people in Canada. He has been involved in various social impact initiatives, including a 600km hike across northern Canada to raise awareness about Indigenous issues.1
