Aaron Pierson

Aaron Pierson is a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience in driving innovative solutions for complex problems. With expertise in corporate and growth strategy, consumer experience, profitability management, and finance transformation, he has a proven track record of leading large-scale program teams, fostering talent, building relationships, and delivering excellent results. Aaron, who holds a Masters in Accounting and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, is currently the Director of Consumer Product Innovation at Dell, where he leads the innovation and experience strategy to inject innovation into Dell consumer products. Prior to this, he held senior positions at Dell and Deloitte, where he refined his analytical thinking, team leadership, and client service skills. Aaron's educational background also includes a BS and a Masters in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Outside of work, Aaron volunteers with several organizations and causes, including serving as a Board Fellow at Mother's Milk Bank in Austin and as a Volunteer Missionary at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
