Meet Joey Sweeney, a seasoned ecommerce leader with a diverse skill set spanning Finance, Product Management, Data, and business operations. With a strong foundation in these areas, Joey has successfully led various teams including Customer Service, Product feature, Visual Merchandising, and SEO. He has experience managing cross functional execution in areas such as Performance Marketing, campaign calendar planning, Retention Marketing, and Finance.

Joey has extensive experience leading product feature teams, building and executing product & CX strategies, creating roadmaps, and developing testing frameworks. In addition, he is responsible for delivering financial models, operational analysis, and board level communications.

He has also previously held Director roles in Ecommerce Operations and Off-Price at Backcountry, as well as being a Product Manager in User Acquisition at ExpertVoice.
