Benedict Waters

Benedict Waters is a highly educated accounting and finance professional with a background that spans many different roles and organizations. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business, and then went on to earn a Master's of Science in Accounting from the same institution.

Throughout his career, he has worked in a variety of accounting and finance roles, including as a Deduction Analyst at Kellogg Company, an Audit Intern at BDO Seidman, and an Audit Staff member at Maner Costerisan (a BDO Alliance Member). He has also held leadership roles in several technology companies, including as Director of Business Operations at PlayHaven, Director of Finance at Upsight, and VP of Finance at Upsight. Most recently, he served as Controller - US at Afterpay Touch, where he led financial operations for the US market.

Currently, Benedict serves as Head of Finance and Operations at FOSSA, a software company that offers solutions for open source management. With his extensive background in finance and accounting, as well as his experience leading teams and supporting the growth of technology companies, he is well-positioned to drive FOSSA's continued success.
