He has a strong background in building cross-functional teams, creating a geographically distributed team, and developing processes to ensure efficiency.
With a technical background in computer science and physics from The University of British Columbia, Dave’s primary focus has been on creating a customer experience-centric support structure, with linkages into other critical areas of a business, including CRM, ERP, and fulfillment systems.
Throughout his career, Dave has worked in various roles such as VP of Solutions Architecture and VP of Customer Success at ThousandEyes, Senior Manager of Technical Support at Symantec, Senior Director of Customer Care at Clearwell Systems, Director of Product Support at FTI Consulting, Product Manager of Litigation Support at the Government of Canada, and Software Developer at Object Technology International.
