Aaron Fulkerson, an accomplished software business executive and former CEO, is a notable figure in the world of cloud computing and self-service customer support. Currently, serving as the Product leader for the Customer Support Product at ServiceNow, a leading cloud-based computing company, Aaron is skilled in product development, sales, and leadership management. Prior to this, he served as the Founder, former CEO, and Board Member of MindTouch, a pioneering company that provides self-service support and knowledge management.
