- Lead, advise and mentor a team of 5 content specialists to produce top-notch content.
- Manage a team of 4 video creators to produce Youtube educational videos  
- Ensure that each piece of content is fully up to date based on new product releases. 
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing, Client Facing and Product teams to fully understand the value of each feature and deliver high quality content. 
- Make decisions based on our KPIs and define content strategy for the team to ensure our users get the best possible experience with our content.
