Paul Matteucci is a Partner at Kleiner Perkins, where he has made a name for himself as an early investor in some of the most innovative software companies of recent times, including Slack, Box, Yammer, Intercom, Netskope, and Figma. With over two decades of experience in the Silicon Valley tech industry, Matteucci has held a variety of roles, including co-founder and General Partner at Social Capital and Partner at U.S. Venture Partners. He began his career at Xilinx, where he spent six years in engineering and marketing roles. Matteucci holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, an MS from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
Throughout his career, Matteucci has sat on the boards of numerous companies, including Thrive Global, Imprint, Coda, Handshake, Rippling, Modern Health, Alif Semiconductor, Glean, Future Research, Netlify, Alkira Inc, Viz.ai, Tally Inc, Mist Systems, Front, Greenhouse Software, Slack, OneLogin, Intercom, Netskope, InstaEDU, and Wave HQ. He's also served as a Board Observer at Castlight Health and acted as a Board Advisor at Yelp. Matteucci is a former Kauffman Fellow from the Kauffman Fellows Program.
