Anabel Otero

Anabel Otero is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology, and biomedicine.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, specializing in Biomembranes from the Biology Faculty at the University of Havana. Subsequently, she pursued a Master's degree in Biochemical Sciences focusing on the regulation of expression of glycosyltransferases from Leuconostoc Mesenteroides at the Institute of Biotechnology, UNAM, México.

Her academic pursuits also led her to complete a Doctorate in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biomedicine, specializing in Cytosolic Carboxypeptidases of the M14 subfamily at the Institute of Biotechnology and Biomedicine.
