Zheng Da Lim

Zheng Da Lim is an undergraduate alumnus of the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University with a BSBA degree in Finance and Real Estate.

He has a strong background and interest in private equity investments, particularly in the REIT asset class, portfolio management, development underwriting, debt financing, capital markets research, and acquisition risk analysis, aspiring for a career in real estate private equity.

Zheng Da Lim stays abreast of the evolving technology industry and its impact on global markets, with a passion for exploring unique travel destinations.

As an Eagle Scout, he cherishes outdoor adventures and nature, along with interests in discussing markets, technology, travel, fashion, music, and winter sports.

His education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, as well as a High School Diploma with a GPA of 4.1 from Dublin Jerome High School.

Zheng Da Lim has professional experience as an Acquisitions & Portfolio Management Associate at Scioto Properties, with previous roles as a Real Estate Finance Intern at Scioto Properties, Private Equity Real Estate Intern at The Blackstone Group, and Risk Analysis Intern at Deloitte.
