Yolanda Valery is a highly skilled digital and social media specialist, editor, creator, innovator, and project manager with extensive experience in audience growth and engagement projects, digital transformation in newsrooms, content creation, and multi-platform content production.
Valery holds a Master's degree in Political Behaviour from the University of Essex, a Master's degree in Professional Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications - Journalism from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
She is the Head of Digital Engagement at Ocado Group and formerly served as the Head of Social Media for BBC World Service, Senior Digital Producer for BBC News School Report, Multimedia Editor for Specials at BBC, Correspondent for BBC World Service, Political Journalist for Diario El Universal, and Producer to Specials Unit Coordinator at Radio Caracas Radio.
