Yeara Azriel is Head of Business Development & Customer Success at Nextage, where she manages client relationships and collaborates with venture capital funds to match startups with suitable investors. She has a strong background in behavioral science and human resources, having studied at the Netanya Academic College. Additionally, she has managed key in-house projects such as Salesforce and Tableau BI system implementations. Her role at Nextage includes locating and introducing new clients to the company, maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and working to achieve business goals. She brings a unique perspective to her work by combining the roles of BizDev and Customer Success.
