Yashwanth Prakash is the Vice President of Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy and Operations at Mapped, a role he has held since September 2020. In this position, he is responsible for various critical functions including P&L management, finance, legal contracts, GTM strategy, revenue operations, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and strategic planning. Yashwanth has nearly 20 years of experience in launching and scaling businesses, particularly in the Enterprise SaaS, IoT, and data sectors. Prior to his current role at Mapped, he served as Vice President of Operations and General Manager at Smart Energy Water, where he was involved in the digital customer engagement platform for the energy and utility industry. His experience also includes a significant tenure at Cisco, where he played a key role in developing Cisco's IoT Edge SaaS platform.1
In addition to his corporate roles, Yashwanth is a Venture Partner at MFV Partners, focusing on early-stage deep tech investments, and has previously served as a mentor at Alchemist Accelerator, assisting startups in strategic planning and operational execution.1
