Vishesh Narayen

Vishesh Narayen is an Of Counsel at Greenberg Traurig, LLP, specializing in complex intellectual property litigation. His practice primarily focuses on high-stakes patent infringement cases, trade secret matters, and issues related to advanced technology. He has extensive experience representing clients in various legal forums across the United States, including federal district courts and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, he has handled Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission and has been involved in technology licensing disputes as well as data privacy and cybersecurity litigation.13

Narayen's educational background includes a cum laude graduation from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, and he holds an undergraduate degree in computer engineering from the University of Illinois. Before joining Greenberg Traurig, he served as a judicial clerk for Judge Rubén Castillo in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and worked at two AmLaw Top 20 firms.12

In recognition of his contributions to the legal field, he was named one of the ABA's Top 40 Young Lawyers in 2020. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Illinois, although his practice at Greenberg Traurig is supervised by partners who are admitted in California.13
