Charles Allen

Charles Allen is an accomplished legal professional with a strong educational background and diverse work experience spanning prestigious organizations.

He holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Harvard Law School, where he honed his legal skills and knowledge. Prior to his JD, Charles studied Foreign Service, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Georgetown University. He also completed his High School education at Regis High School.

Charles has been associated with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where he worked as an Associate, showcasing his expertise in legal matters. He has previously served as a Law Clerk at the Delaware Court of Chancery under Chancellor Andre G. Bouchard. His legal career also includes roles as a Summer Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Before transitioning into the legal field, Charles gained valuable experience working in various capacities at The QED Group, LLC, starting as a Project Assistant and eventually holding the role of Project Coordinator.
