Michael Abrams

Michael Abrams is a seasoned professional who merges his extensive corporate experience with a sharp legal perspective to cater to the diverse needs of his clients in areas such as entertainment, technology, real estate, oil and gas, healthcare, and more.

With over 30 years of experience, Michael excels in negotiating various corporate deals like public and private offerings, mergers, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and financing transactions for a wide range of clients from individuals to multinational corporations.

His expertise extends to real estate transactions where he has represented investors, financial institutions, private equity firms, and institutional real estate firms in joint ventures, fund formation, financing, and more.

Apart from his professional accomplishments, Michael is an avid marathon runner and holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Running Club.

He holds a JD from Northwestern University School of Law, an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
