Uri Zilberman is a seasoned Business Executive and Corporate Development professional with a strong background in supporting the growth and expansion of Israeli companies.

With extensive experience as a co-founder and general partner at Real-Life Innovations, an early-stage fund focusing on the Israeli market, Uri specializes in helping Israeli tech firms build strategic partnerships, secure funding, and collaborate with Strategic Accounts.

His areas of expertise include new business development, strategy, product marketing, and venture/investment management, with a keen interest in identifying and scaling innovative technologies that address real-world problems and add value for customers and stakeholders.

Uri has played an instrumental role in the launch and growth of 8 startups, providing support in business development, pre-seed investments, and product positioning, resulting in successful fundraising for all of them.

Moreover, he has evaluated over 1,000 early-stage startups, engaged with fund limited partners, and overseen deal-flow, business development, and strategic initiatives.

Uri holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.
