Trevor Bird is an accomplished chef with a passion for farm-to-table cuisine and a profound connection to every ingredient's journey from cultivation to the plate.
He obtained his education in Culinary Management and Restaurant/Food Services Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
Trevor has held key roles in various organizations, including serving as the Chef/Owner at Fable Kitchens, Chef Ambassador at Egg Farmers of Canada, and Contributor to the Trendy Foods Cookbook in Support of Food Banks at Catelli Foods Corporation.
His past experiences also include being the Chef/Owner of Trevor Bird Cooking Inc., Co-founder of Meatme.ca, Guest Chef at Savour 100 Gourmet Singapore (presented by Citibank), and Product Spokesperson at Loblaw - President's Choice.
