He is skilled in educational health & wellness, safety & security, public speaking, government relations, policy development, collaboration, problem-solving, student engagement, and program management.
Dr. Majors holds a Doctor of Education (Ed. D.) in Educational Leadership from Lipscomb University, a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Education K-12, Physical Education, and Health and Wellness.
He is licensed by the Tennessee Department of Education and holds various certifications and trainings in areas such as safety, threat assessment, and emergency management.
With a background in elementary and secondary public education, nonprofit organizational management, and government, Dr. Majors has served in key roles such as Principal, Strategy Consultant, Executive Officer, Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief Student Services Officer, School Principal, and Assistant Principal.
