Recruiting Manager

•	Lead recruiting and onboarding team of six in a complex non-profit healthcare organization
•	Established and maintained community partnerships for recruitment pipelines, including colleges and programs for underrepresented jobseekers

Mountain Area Health Education Center (MAHEC)

Talent Acquisition Manager

Led teams focused on the recruitment and retention of exceptional talent at Mission Health, one of the nation's Top 15 Health Systems and the largest employer in western NC. Developed talent pipelines and marketed career opportunities at Mission and help jobseekers find their best fit systemwide. Supported systemwide workforce development initiatives across our region with students ranging from middle school to post-graduate degrees. Led function that onboards and manages flow for student experiences across system for clinicals, internships and observations. Developed Mission's Career Exploration Center, focused on employees' professional growth and exploration of career choices within the Mission/HCA system. Through workshops and 1:1 coaching in the CEC, helped retain top talent within Mission. Co-led development of Mission's award-winning ProjectSEARCH: an international, year-long skills and career readiness program for young adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.   Assisted in transition from independent non-profit to the NC Division of HCA, including rolling out new tuition reimbursement policy, new recruitment tools, and overall change management projects.

Director of Talent Acquisition and Career Exploration

Developed and led a comprehensive Career Exploration Center to support the team members of Mission Health. Created and established service  delivery  and programs to enhance the job satisfaction and professional development of Mission's talent throughout their career lifespan. Programming and support remains in place to enhance employee retention, engagement, and provide significant cost savings to the organization.
