Teresa Young is an accomplished Senior Executive Search member with a strong placement history in the healthcare industry. With an MBA and a Bachelor's degree from William Woods University, Young brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Manager and Executive Search Coordinator at B.E. Smith. She has worked extensively with partner hospitals, health systems, and clinics to find top-tier talent for C-Suite and Vice President positions.

Young is passionate about developing excellent leaders and has spent her career building relationships with premier clients to create fulfilling career journeys for candidates. Prior to her current role, Young worked as a Director of First Impressions at TDC, Inc. as well as at Central National Bank in Topeka, KS and as a staff accountant at Executive Airshares.
