Tom Pietryga has over 30 years of experience in building, managing, and implementing sales teams on a global scale. He is currently providing business coaching with a focus on creating more open and honest conversations with customers and prospects. His professional journey began at General Electric holding various sales positions promoting OEM products and complete GE systems. He then joined start-up companies selling computer hardware solutions for aerospace and automotive companies. After that, he served as the Vice President of Sales for Documentum which was sold for $1.7B. Later, he helped to start a CRM Company and then went on to various Vice President of Sales positions for start-up and European companies.
Tom has extensive experience in hiring a sales team from scratch and giving them the coaching and tools to succeed. He brings a passion to help sales and sales managers achieve their goals by focusing on a defined and monitored sales process.
