Cassie Roblin

Cassie Roblin is a seasoned talent leader with over two decades of experience in recruiting, culture building, and HR. Roblin currently leads talent, culture, and HR at Symbio Robotics, based in Emeryville, CA. Symbio Robotics is an Andreessen Horowitz and Eclipse Ventures-funded startup that builds software capable of making industrial robots versatile and robust to respond to process and product variation through machine learning, edge computing, and computer vision. With a focus on providing customers, such as global automotive OEMs and tier 1 suppliers, with easier to commission robots, Symbio Robotics is poised to become a game-changer in additional manufacturing markets such as electronics.

Before joining Symbio Robotics, Roblin worked at various technology companies such as RealtyShares, LOYAL3, and Garage Technology Ventures, where she held leadership roles responsible for human capital, recruiting, and talent. Her experience in the technology industry spans across startups and high-growth companies.

Roblin studied Geography at the University of California, Berkeley, and attended Miraleste High School.
