Tom Masterson is a seasoned entrepreneur and experienced professional in various industries, including healthcare, genetics, product management, and operations. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School, where he pursued an MBA in Business Administration, and the University of British Columbia, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cell Biology and Genetics.

Tom is currently the Co-Founder and CEO of Support by Blue, a Vancouver-based company that provides mental health services for employees. Previously, he has held various positions, including Senior Director of Operations at Microbiome Insights Inc., General Manager at Handy, and Managing Director at One Western Capital.

Tom has also worked in Marketing and Sales Coordination at Ondine Biomedical Inc. and as a Product Management Intern in Genetic Analysis at Life Technologies.

Aside from his professional background, Tom has honed his writing skills as a former writer at MISC Magazine. He also experimented with his entrepreneurial endeavors before co-founding Support by Blue.

Tom holds a deep interest in healthcare, operations management, product development, and genetics research.
