Tom Gathers

Tom Gathers is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in the restaurant industry, specializing in roles related to operations, human resources, and leadership.

He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Government Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and went on to pursue a Master's degree in Organizational Training from the University of Miami.

During his career, Tom held prominent positions at Red Lobster Seafood Co., including serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). Prior to his tenure at Red Lobster, he also assumed leadership roles such as Executive Vice President (EVP) at various companies.

His extensive experience includes being the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Darden Restaurants and the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at RARE Hospitality.
