Todd Simons

Todd M. Simons is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting. He holds an MBA in Business Administration and an MA in Information Technology Management from Webster University, as well as a BM in Music Education from the University of South Carolina. He has honed his expertise in managing multiple projects, tasks, and priorities, while ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

Throughout his career, Simons has held various positions, including Office Manager/Bookkeeper, Key Account Sales Specialist, Certified Private Instructor, Business Analyst, Director of Orchestras, Administrative Assistant to the Deans of the Graduate School, and Field Service Coordinator. He has an outstanding reputation and a demonstrated track record of success in cutting costs, increasing efficiencies, and monitoring and inputting payroll and other cost controls.

Simons has supervised teams of up to 30 diverse personnel, effectively training and mentoring them to consistently provide high-quality customer service. As a superior leader, he has encouraged active listening and decision-making to improve organizational performance.
