Tim Foster

Tim Foster is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience in student affairs, admissions, and residential life. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography with a Certificate of Advanced Study in Environmental Studies. Currently serving as the Dean of Student Affairs at Bowdoin College, Foster has previously held several leadership roles in the same institution, including Senior Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Dean of First-Year Students. Foster has also held leadership roles in other institutions such as Carnegie Mellon University, where he served as the Director of Residential Life, Assistant to the Dean of Student Affairs, and as an Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid at Dartmouth College. With a wealth of experience in student affairs, Foster brings a unique blend of skills, expertise, and interests in managing student affairs services and improving students' experiences in the academic environment.
